I tried to my best ability to determine the time and angle of what I believe could have been something entering the atmosphere and the even ended in a bright flash. It seemed very, very far to the South and high in the atmosphere. There was the slightest amount of haze due to the humidity and temperature inversion tonight.

I witnessed it for a very brief moment and it looked like an explosion from a firework but it wasn't fragmented. The light from the explosion was a circle. It was hazy and party cloudy in my area when I saw the streak and flash.
