RemarquesThe object was thicker in diameter than most meteors I have witnessed, it raised my suspicion immediately as I had just stepped outside to observe the bright moon. I saw dark skies ahead of me before looking to the moon and was looking at Orion, first, then to Orion's "left" from my perspective, I witnessed a light, it grew in size, brighter than the moon, but it was so quick that there wasn't illumination of the area around me other than my porch light. IT was obvious in the sky, and traveled high to low more noticably than other meteors. The train was bright and slightly frazzled, within moments it was dark again in that area, I observed the moon afterwards and the skies for 5 mintues longer but saw nothing else out of the ordinary.
